Have BBB booked for girls 9 & 7, but also have a 2 yr old who may feel pretty left out. Any tips on how to deal with this? Trying to think of ways to prevent a meltdown!! I know she'd definitlely sit through a "makeover" but won't meet age

    Hi Krista,

I don't know which BBB location you have reservations for your older girls.  If your reservation is for the BBB in the MK, you could take your 2 year old to the Harmony Barbershop on Main Street located near the car barn and the Emporium.  They can do colored hair gel and sprinkle her hair with pixie dust for a fraction of the cost of BBB.  If you have a princess dress for her, dress her in it ahead of time and take any accessories with you.  You could purchase some ahead of time to have on hand since these are not options at HB or you could let her pick some out for herself.  You may mention to the cast member that her older sisters are visiting BBB and that you're visiting there because she did not make the age requirements.  While she would not get the full treatment that she would at BBB, I'm sure they will make her feel special.

Guests are taken on a first come first serve basis so get there as soon as you can.  My boys had their first haircuts there (yes - they do real haircuts for people of all ages) and it was an awesome experience.

If you're taking your older girls to BBB at DTD, and going to the Harmony Barbershop is not an option, you could always take your own supplies to do your 2 year old's hair.  Make it a big to do and maybe do lunch or something just with her so that she feels special too.  Explain to your 7 & 9 year old what is going on and maybe they can help be excited for her.  Just prepare her ahead of time that you have something special planned just for her - I know that's hard with a two year old but if you try, you may have a shot at avoiding a complete meltdown.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.  Have an awesome trip!
