Is bay lake towers and the contempory resort the same resort? Would you use the same transportation to get to each from AOA?

    Hi Carrie,

Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort
is a Disney Vacation Club addition onto the Contemporary Resort. It is a separate building that is connected by a sky bridge which is located on the 4th floor of the Contemporary Resort.

You'll want to keep in mind that buses do not run from resort to resort. When heading from the Art of Animation Resort, you'll first head to a park or Downtown Disney, then switch to a bus to the Contemporary. I recommend going to the Magic Kingdom first. From there you have three options: You can walk (it is relatively close and within walking distance), you can take a bus or you can hop on the monorail and ride it to the Contemporary.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
