When u have a basic pass into (example: magic kingdom) I understand that you can enter and reenter a park anytime as u please am I,correct? But parking is $40? Now do they give u a receipt or a parking pass at the gate and u can use that pass all day?

    Hi Crystal ~

Your trip is just hours away and I know you're too excited to sleep! You are indeed correct! With the 1-day, 1-park tickets, you are welcome to leave and re-enter the same theme park as many times as you would like on the same day. You do not have to do anything special as you exit the park. You will be allowed to re-enter by simply re-scanning the same MagicBand or admission card along with your biometric identification (scanning your finger) when you return.

Keep in mind that if you plan to visit more than one theme park per day, you will need to add the Park Hopper Option to your tickets which gives you same-day access to all 4 theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park).

Currently (always subject to change), the cost to park at any of the four theme parks (including the Transportation and Ticket Center) is as follows:
    * Preferred self-parking: car or motorcycle is $40 per day
    * Standard self-parking: car or motorcycle is $20 per day
    * Shuttle, Limo, Camper, Trailer or RV is $22 per day
    * Bus or Tractor Trailer is $25 per day

Preferred self-parking is in lots that are closer to the theme park entrances. The exception to this is the Magic Kingdom parking lot. Preferred self-parking is closer to the Transportation and Ticket Center but you will still need to take the monorail, ferry boat or bus to the entrance of the Magic Kingdom.

You only have to pay one daily parking fee for a parking pass that is good all day at all 4 theme parks. They will give you a receipt when you pay the fee at any of the theme park Parking Plazas and you can use it to re-enter as many times as you would like that day. Parking is complimentary for Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel or Annual Passholders.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
