Do the baby care centers in the parks have outlets available for pumping Mom's? Also are there any storage lockers or options in the baby care centers to store pumps and breastmilk coolers while enjoying the parks? Thanks!

    Hi Chris,
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! We're so glad you're here.

As a local, I frequently visited the Walt Disney World Resort while both pregnant and nursing. I'm really happy to tell you that yes, I was able to use a breast pump in the Baby Care Centers in all four theme parks. Some parks have private rooms while others have shared spaces, but I was able to pump (or nurse) without any problems in the nursing areas.  I had outlets available and somewhere to sit down to relax for a moment in cool, air-conditioned comfort.  I do recall the Magic Kingdom having a shared nursing room, so if modesty is an issue for you, don't forget to bring a cover up of some kind. I confess, it's been quite a few years since I have been in there, but I do remember a shared space.  This was actually nice simply because more mamas could fit in there at one time.

Lockers are available for rent in the entrance area of each park; however, this is not always located close to the Baby Care Centers. I recall storing my pump in the bottom of my stroller and keeping both it and the pumped milk with me in a small cooler.  Both ice packs and loose ice in plastic zippered bags (it MUST be bagged to be allowed into the theme parks) are acceptable to bring into the parks to keep breast milk cold. Additional ice is available at any quick service location upon request.

Chris, I'm so glad I could share this answer with you; please come by and see us again with any additional questions about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
