My autistic son uses the DAS pass. Will he be able to use it for the new Anna and Elsa meet and greet?

    Hello Jaynee!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are having a magical week.

Character Meet and Greets are always a little tricky as far as the Disability Access Service. My son is also autistic and it’s been hit or miss on if we can return at a certain time vs waiting in the traditional queue. In the case that they Meet and Greet does not utilize the Disney FastPass Service, we’ve talked to a Cast Member and explained the situation. Then usually one parent will wait in the regular queue and the other will bring my son over once it’s close to our turn. We’ve always been able to spend a little extra time with each character and everyone is so accommodating and patient with him. When in doubt, always talk to the Cast Members at the actual attraction and they will be able to help you the most once on site.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need anything else as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
