Hi my aunt and grandfather live in Florida and we’re going to purchase park tickets for my family and nieces and nephews to come down to visit. We were just wondering if they have to be present for us to use the tickets or if they can buy online? Thank you

    Hi Brittany!

One of the perks of being a Florida resident at Walt Disney World is being able to purchase discounted tickets and annual passes.  A valid Florida ID must be shown for each person 18 and over who are using the Florida resident tickets, so any adult in your traveling party will not be able to take advantage of the discount.  Your aunt and/or grandfather can purchase the discounted tickets for any member of your family under the age of 18 since identification is not required, but they will need to pick the tickets up in person and show their Florida ID.  Any tickets purchased online can be picked up at any Guest Relations located throughout Walt Disney World.

    Have a magical day!
