Hello! We will be there in August, and although we have booked our dining in advance, we don't want to have all our Fastpasses picked out! Will we be able to make them as we go, or will it be tricky to score the rides we want if we're spontaneous?

    Hi Heather,

It is now possible to reserve just 1, 2 or 3 FastPass+ selections ahead of time. You need not secure all 3 FastPass+ picks for each day of your visit before leaving home.

You may certainly wait to book your second or third FastPass+ selections upon arriving on-property. However, opting for spontaneity may mean forgoing using FastPass+ for some of the attractions you were hoping to experience. You'll be able to make FastPass+ selections as you go, provided FastPass+ is available for the desired attraction(s). Therefore, I would recommend reserving all 3 FastPass+ picks now and then modifying them later if your plans change.

Did You Know? After redeeming your first 3 initial FastPass+ picks, it is now possible to select a fourth one via the My Disney Experience Mobile app too. Once you've used the fourth FastPass+ pick, you'll be able to make another selection via the app, and so on—up to park closing—all while on the go! Alternatively, just visit a FastPass+ Kiosk.

Wishing you an unforgettable vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!
