We are attending the MNSSHP on our arrival day in October (YAY!) and plan to do MK another day when it closes at 7pm. On these days, do they have anything special in lieu of Wishes fireworks to end the day at the park?

    Hi Amy,

I love your plan so much, it's exactly what I'll be doing on my upcoming trip!

On nights when Magic Kingdom park offers Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Wishes nighttime spectacular is replaced with the Happy HalloWishes fireworks show. Because the show is later in the evening and the park will close for daytime guests at 7:00 PM, you will only be able to view these fireworks from outside Magic Kingdom park unless you have a party ticket.

To make the most of your time at Magic Kingdom park on a party day, I recommend arriving 20-30 minutes before the park opens so you can catch the Magic Kingdom Welcome Show on your way in. It's one of my favorite shows and really sets a happy mood for a magical day!

Wishing you a spooktacular vacation, Amy. Thank you for your question!
