We're attending Mickey's Not So Scary Party next September during our holiday. I'll be dressed as my own version of Peter Pan, as he is my all time favourite character. Is it possible to meet him at the party?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kristie! I love that you are planning this far ahead for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. I take my costumes and hairstyles very seriously, so you are in good company!

For the last three years, Peter Pan has not been present for meet and greets at the Halloween Party, but if you play your cards just right (tip of the hat to Dr. Facilier), you may be able to snap a photo in costume with your childhood hero. Typically, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party starts just as the clock chimes 7pm, but you can enter the park a few hours earlier, just as Halloween clad Cast Members appear past the touch points. Regular Magic Kingdom operations are still underway, and typically, Peter greets guests until 5:30. If you enter as soon as you can and head straight for his nook behind Peter Pan’s Flight, you may be able to get in line and have your photo made. This, of course, would be time well spent before the party officially begins and only FastPass+ attraction queues, treat stations and dance parties are open for your enjoyment.

You may also be able to wave at Peter and Captain Hook as they duel aboard the Jolly Roger in Mickey’s BOO to YOU! Halloween Parade, with two showings per party. I hope you have a spooky good night, and please be sure to drop by and ask me another festive question! ~ Lindsey P.
