Hi, I am going to be attending Mickeys not so scary Halloween Party and I want to know if face paint is permitted. I am going as a catrina from Day of the Dead mexican tradition as in Coco. Thanks!

    Hi Norma,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question.

I have some good news for you. From what I understand of the costume guidelines for Special Events such as Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, although Guests over the age of 14 may not wear masks, face painting is definitely permitted provided that the costume remains tasteful and appropriate. I absolutely loved Coco and I’m sure your La Catrina costume is going to be fabulous!

Please don't hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
