Hello, I am attending the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and am curious about what time we can actually enter the park. The site is advising 7pm but I have read on a few comments we may be able to enter at 4pm? Thank you kindly in advance!

Hey Kristin. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

I am excited to know that you are interested in Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. It is one of my very favorite events that happens at Walt Disney World each year. I think you'll be happy to know that as a party ticket holder, you actually can enter Magic Kingdom Park starting at 4:00 p.m. on the night of your party. I've always loved this little known extra. While the party doesn't officially start until 7:00 p.m. you can experience some of your favorite attractions during those few hours. Then once the party starts, you can focus on all of the Halloween festivities. If you do plan on entering Magic Kingdom Park early, go ahead and stop at one of the Cast Members handing out party wristbands so you'll have those for when the party starts. Otherwise, around 7:00 p.m. you'll need to head back to the front to get yours.

This year, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party will be debuting an all new firework show. Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy will be trick-or-treating a mysterious haunted house where they will encounter lots of spooky stuff. Not only will there be fireworks but you can expect projection effects, lasers and lighting. As a big firework fan myself, I can't wait to see it. Hopefully you'll add it to your must-do party list!

I hope this helps clear up any confusion, Kristin. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
