We are attending Mickey's Halloween party next month and are planning to visit the parks prior to the party start time of 6:00. When can kids and adults don their costumes? Do we need to wait until 6 or is it ok to have them on earlier?

    Hi there Lori,

I'm so excited for your family to visit the Disneyland Resort during Halloween Time. I hope you are having a magical day!

You may enter Disneyland Park three hours before the party starts using your Mickey's Halloween Party ticket. At this three hour mark is when all Guests with a Mickey’s Halloween Party ticket are allowed to be in their costume. This was one of my favorite memories attending this special event - I’m an Adult and I get to enjoy Disneyland Park in my costume!

This special event is one of my favorite times to visit, you are going to have the opportunity to Trick or Treat in Disneyland Park and enjoy the ghoulish the holiday overlays of The Haunted Mansion and Space Mountain. Just like Scar from The Lion King sings, "be prepared" to see Disney Villains throughout the evening during Mickey’s Halloween Party.

I hope this helps and that you have a spook-tacular time. If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask us, we're here to help you plan your magical vacation!

    Wishing you 999 Happy Haunts!
