I am attending the Feb 2018 Disney half marathon. Is there a 1-800 toll free number I call to book our resort instead of 407-939-4786?

    Hi Brenda!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Congratulations on registering for the Disney Princess Half Marathon!

I reached out to both the runDisney team and our Canadian Moms Panelist, Jen C., on this to try and get you some pointers! At this time runDisney does not have a 1-800 number for you to contact them. I also asked if there was any general Disney line that could then connect you over, but unfortunately this doesn't exist at this time. Jen said she has used calling cards in the past, but that her phone plan now includes calls to the US which helps her accomodate her calls to Walt Disney World. To book your room at this time you will need to call 407-939-iRun or wait until packages become available online which should be available some time this summer.

To minimize the amount of time you are on the phone, I'd recommend doing as much research beforehand on what you are looking for. You can always come back to us here at the Moms Panel for tips or utilize the Chat function ahead of time or after the fact to help with any questions you have. This can be found in the top right hand corner of the Contact Us page.

Please let me know if you have any other questions and I'm sending pixie dust your way for a magical race!
