I've been asking so many questions, everyone is probably getting sick of me. I know the transportation isn't too bad(depending on the time of year) from resort to theme part, but how is it, if at all, from resort to resort or theme park to theme part?

    Hi Carol,

Sick of your wonderful questions?  Never.  My colleagues and I at the Moms Panel LOVE to answer guest questions.  If we can make your upcoming vacation better by giving you the information you need, then count us in!

Transportation from resort to resort is not difficult, but it does take a bit longer typically than going from resort to park or vice versa.  There are no direct buses or boats from resort to resort so you will need to head to the nearest theme park or Downtown Disney and then change to a bus headed to the resort you've chosen as your destination.  When I go from resort to resort, I try to give myself at least an hour to get from my point of origin to my destination.

From park to park, it works much the same way.  For instance, if you want to go from the Magic Kingdom to Disney's Animal Kingdom, consider taking the monorail to Disney's Contemporary Resort and then hop on an Epcot-bound bus.  If you were going to Disney's Hollywood Studios from Epcot, you could simply use the Friendship boats that connect the two parks.  If you need directions to and from any location at Walt Disney World, just let me know.  I LOVE transportation questions!

Best wishes as you plan your upcoming trip!
