I just ask a question, but like i said, I am addicted. Can you give me a personal rating on the luau at the polynesian. I heard that it is a great choice. I just wanted a professional opinion.;)

    Hi TJ,

Here is my take on the luau.  I liked it a lot.  My daughters and husband enjoyed it as well.  It was fun and entertaining. When you arrive, you are given a lei and you have your picture taken.  You enter the show and are seated around the open air theater.

The food was good.  It was chicken, rice, ribs and fruit served with a Polynesian flair.  Nothing fancy but still fresh and yummy.  They had children's meals of macaroni and cheese and chicken fingers when I went for children who would not eat the items on the menu.

As for the show, it was traditional dancing and fire batons.  However, if you have never experienced this type of entertainment, it is worth seeing it.

My family would probably go back to the show if we were with other members of our family.  This is not to say we did not like the show. We looked at it as the special event we had on that particular trip and it lived up to that expectation.

    Aloha!
