My arthritis is worsening & so my hips and knees become very painful when I stand for over 10-15 minutes. My husband now waits in lines for us while I walk in circles nearby. What is the disability-pass that allows front of line acces we just heard of?

Hi, Jean!  There are no front of the line disability passes, but at the moment, there is a Guest Assistance Card.  There may be changes afoot where this information is concerned, so you will want to check back before your trip to see what the status of the card is.

At the moment, a Guest Assistance Card will allow you to go to an attraction and have some type of accommodation made that allows you a more comfortable experience.  The pass may entitle you to wait in a seated area for your turn, as opposed to having to stand in line.  In some instances, you may be able to use the Fast Pass line, which will shorten your wait time.

The pass is available at Guest Relations at the theme parks.  You can check in there when you arrive and discuss the accommodations you may need, so your card can be coded properly.

I hope your upcoming trip is a magical one!
