We are Arriving on Sept 27 at 1:50. We are staying at Riverside. Do we have enough time to get to Downtown Disney go to Disney Quest and still Make dinner at 6:00? Do you think there will be time after to goto Dinsey Quest? Thank you

    Hi Tracey,

If it were my vacation, I would skip DisneyQuest before dinner and after dinner on this day.

Realistically, the earliest you could be at Riverside is 3:00 pm and that is with everything going perfect. You then would check in and head to DisneyQuest which puts you at 4:00 pm at best. Since you do not say where your dinner is that evening, you will need to be at the bus stop by 5:00 to make dinner.

As for after dinner, again not knowing where you are eating, you will need an hour travel time (buses run approximately ever 20 minutes to each destination) back to Downtown Disney and at least two to three hours at DisneyQuest. You are easily talking about a 9:00 pm start time if you allow two hours to eat dinner.

When my family visited DisneyQuest and we are not big gamers, we were there three hours and could have stayed more if we were not tired. My family can not be up early to travel and then be out late the same day. It makes everyone cranky so we would chill at the pool the first day and then get to bed early to hit the parks fresh the next morning.

If DisneyQuest is on your must see, try pairing on a day you are at Animal Kingdom which closes early or after the water parks. You have more flexibility in dining over at Downtown Disney and then you can hit the "arcade". Another option is to go there first thing on a rainy morning and then head out to a park with evening extra magic hours. If this day is your only option, eat at Downtown Disney and adjust your dining time.

    Have a magical vacation!
