Disney's Magical Express transportation

We will be arriving after 10pm at Orlando International & taking the Disney bus to the All Star Sports late March. What kind of care/assistance can we expect? We'll have our two year old with us & I'm sure we'll be exhausted/hungry.

    Hi, Rachel!

The good thing about arriving at the Orlando airport (MCO) late at night is that is quiet. It is nice to leisurely walk through the concourse without bumping into other travelers!

I suggest having dinner before you leave on your late flight. Keep snacks (goldfish crackers are always a hit) for snacking on the plane. When you arrive at MCO after 10pm, most of the restaurants will be closed. The McDonalds in the main food court area is open 24 hours if you want to grab a bite to eat there.

Disney's Magical Express runs 24 hours a day, so you will be transported to Disney's All-Star Sports whenever you arrive. However, luggage service stops at 10pm, so you will need to retrieve any checked luggage at the baggage carousel on level 2 and take it with you to the Magical Express on B side - level 1.

Plan to do Online Check-in ahead of time on your My Disney Experience account. Hopefully you will have received a text with your room number so you can go directly to your room upon arrival. If not, stop by the front desk and a cast member will give you your room number.

The End Zone Food Court is open until midnight. I do not know the exact time you land, but by the time you deplane, get your luggage, and take the 45-60 minute ride to your resort, you may or may not make it in before midnight. This goes back to my advice of having dinner in your home airport or stopping by the MCO McDonalds.

Finally, don't make early morning plans that next morning. Your little Mouseketeer will have had a late night, so sleep in and schedule your FastPass+ selections for the afternoon. That extra bit of sleep will be magical for everyone!
