We are arriving in Orlando the day before the cruise and staying at the Hyatt. We have Disney ground transportation set up. When is the earliest that we can take the transport over and board the ship?

    Hi Carla!

I'm happy to hear you're planning ahead and already have your Disney Cruise Line Transportation set up for your upcoming cruise. Using Disney's ground transfers makes for a seamless transition from land to sea! The Hyatt Regency, located at the Orlando Airport, has partnered with Disney Cruise Line, making it very convenient and easy for guests who fly in the night prior to their sail date.

One major perk of booking ground transfers with Disney Cruise Line is luggage pickup from the Hyatt. You'll receive Disney Cruise Line luggage tags with your cruise documents. Wait until your arrival at the Hyatt to place them on your bags, then you can send your bags straight to the ship from your hotel room! Make sure to keep a day bag with you with all of your essential items such as passports, medication, etc.

Transportation to Port Canaveral begins at 9:00am from the airport, and runs continuously throughout the day. When you're sailing party is ready to leave for the port, simply make your way down to Level 1, Side B, and Disney's Magical Express area. You'll check in with the Disney Cruise representatives and soon board a comfy motorcoach to Port Canaveral and your Disney ship! The drive to the port is a little over one hour, so sit back, relax, and get ready for your magical vacation.

I hope this helps with your planning - have a magical day! - Diane W.
