We are arriving to late to take the Magical Express. We are a party of 8. Can you recommend a limo service?

Hello Wendy, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great planning question.

I am so excited to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during this upcoming holiday season. Your magical vacation is just a few weeks away!

I am pleased to tell you that no arrival is too late to use Disney’s Magical Express service. This complimentary service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your flight arrives at Orlando International Airport after 10:00 PM, you will need to claim your luggage at baggage claim and bring it with you to the motorcoach. Magical Express luggage transport is not available between 10:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The motorcoach driver will be able to assist you with loading and unloading your luggage on the motorcoach for transport to your Disney Resort Hotel. If your plane arrives before 10:00 PM, you can skip bag claim and proceed directly to the Magical Express Welcome Center located on Side B, Level 1.

It’s not too late to book this complimentary service if you have not done so already. You can make your reservation online or by calling (407) 939-1936. Be sure to have your flight information on hand for each member of your travel party. Be sure to pack your MagicBands in a carry on item. You will need them to unlock the door to your resort hotel room and check in with the Cast Member at Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center. You will still travel in style and feel like a VIP as you are whisked away to your Disney Resort Hotel. I hope that helps to answer your question. Have a wonderful trip.

    See ya real soon,
