Mom and Dad planning vacation

We'll be arriving DW on 10/17. Do I need printed copies of all my dinning and fast pass reservations or are they on my magic bands? I have My Disney Experience but it hasn't been working well. Not sure if I can rely on it. Any Suggestions?

    Hi Alice!

Call me old-fashioned, but I love to have paper copies of all my FastPass+ and dining reservations with me when I travel to Walt Disney World Resort. I print them out and put them in a flexible, lightweight three-ring binder I keep in my backpack at all times. Do I need printed copies of this information with me while I travel? Probably not since it is all easily accessible on the My Disney Experience mobile app on my phone. However, if my phone runs out of energy, paper copies of my plans allow me to see what is next on my itinerary without having to find a place to charge my phone.

If you don't want to bring paper copies but worry you won't be able to access your information through your My Disney Experience app, take screen shots of your plans. Then you can access your itinerary by simply accessing the photos on your phone. While you're at it, send those screen shots to everyone else in your travel party. That way, if your phone dies, someone else will be able to call up the information easily.

If you are having trouble with your My Disney Experience app, check to see if there is an update available. Perhaps a newer version of the app will be more trouble-free for you.

Have tons of fun on your upcoming trip!

Sending best wishes and pixie dust,
