We are arriving at Disney World on March 14th. I see that we can check-in online now. Does it matter that our armbands have not arrived? (Also, there are 9 of us in 3 separate rooms. Hoping to get those rooms near each other.)

Hi, Lora! Welcome to The Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Thank you so much for visiting us! Traveling in groups can be tricky, but luckily we have planning tools like My Disney Experience to easily make FastPass+ selections, as well as Advanced Dinner Reservations for the whole gang! You can absolutely go ahead and make use of that Online Check-in 60 days before arrival, but you can always check-in upon arrival. One benefit to the Online Check-in is receiving an email (or a text) with your room number and your MagicBand will magically open that door when you arrive! You should receive your MagicBands in the mail approximately 1 to 2 weeks before your magical vacation is set to begin! If ever you have not received them 6 days before your arrival, make sure to contact Disney Reservations- you never know if that silly Stitch was playing in the mail again! If there are 3 separate reservations, I suggest that each group call Disney Reservations in order to note that you would like to have rooms near one another. Although this is never a guarantee and only a request, I must have always had an extra sprinkling of Pixie Dust as my requests were always granted! Remember, wishing upon a star also doesn’t hurt!

You happen to be visiting during my personal favorite- The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. Get that camera ready (or purchase Memory Maker) as there are beautiful grounds and topiaries! Make sure to also try one of the snacks from the outdoor kitchens, yum!

I hope this answers your question and that you have a truly magical time!
