Arriving at Disney in Sept and are anxious to start our vacation! If we took a cab or car to the hotel, are we still able to get Magical Express Return on our way back? Thanks love the Moms Panel :)

Hi, Melissa! Thanks so much for your kind words. We love helping Guests plan each aspect of their vacation, even up to their return trip home. I always refer to Disney's Magical Express as the "Tragical Express" when we head back to the airport. In my opinion, anything that transports you away from your Happy Place has to be called the Tragical Express!

Each trip we take to Walt Disney World Resort, we try to figure out the best way to squeeze as much time as possible into our stay, so we can soak up as much pixie dust as possible. When doing a long weekend there with my girls, we often do take a cab or hire a car service to get to our Resort hotel quickly. Anything that gets me to that Dole Whip Float faster is a great idea in my book!

If you do decide to get to your fun vacation as quickly as possible by using another form of transportation on your arrival day, you are more than welcome still use Disney's Magical Express for the return trip. Just make sure when you check-in for your flight at your home airport that you do not place the yellow luggage tags on your bags, as you will need to claim the luggage yourself. You will also be able to utilize the Resort Airline Check-In desk on your departure day if you like. I love this service, as it allows me to very easily and quickly check our bags for our flight and leave me to enjoy some last minute Disney magic without dragging the bags around with us.

I hope you have a practically perfect day, Melissa. Please let us know if you have any further questions!
