We are arriving at Disney on Friday @ 2pm and are staying until Wednesday, flight departs 9:30pm. If check out is 11am and we want to go to the park that day, what do we do with our luggage? Using magical express transportation.

    Hi Lindsey!

Wow, it sounds like you'll have a lot of time to have fun in the theme parks on the day of your departure. Very cool!

As far as your luggage goes, you'll have a couple of options to consider with respect to using Disney's Magical Express transportation.

Option #1 - The day before your departure, you should receive a packet from Disney's Magical Express in your hotel room that provides all of the pertinent information about your reservation. Included will be information about when and where you can drop off your checked baggage (assuming you'll have some).

On your way out to the theme parks that day, just stop by the Disney's Magical Express desk at your hotel (they're usually outside the lobby near the bell stand) so you can check-in and turn over your luggage. Once you've checked-in and handed over your luggage, you can head on out to the theme parks!

Option #2 - If you have carry-on luggage, you can drop it off with the Bell Services desk at your hotel and they will give you a receipt to pick everything up later in the day. When it's time for your ride back to the airport on Disney's Magical Express, make sure you give yourself 10-15 minutes to retrieve your carry-on luggage from Bell Services in case they're busy.

You can use this option as well if you aren't planning to do an online check-in with your airline and have to check-in at the airport.

I hope that helps! If you should have any further questions, please feel free to send me a message back and I'll be happy to help in any way that I can.

    Best regards,
    Derek
