I am arriving on a different date then the rest of my party. We planned on sharing a room. I will need 4 days in the park and the rest of the party only needs 3,days. Are we able to do this?

    Hi Kimberly,

An October vacation to Walt Disney World Resort. How exciting!

Epcot Food and Wine Festival comes back during the fall, and you'll be able to taste your way around the world. Not only there will be excellent food and drink options available from around the world, but also cooking demonstrations from well-known chefs, and some awesome concerts from famous artists. You definitely need to check it out.

A few years ago, my son needed to cut short our Disney vacation and go back to school before the rest of us, so I'm a little familiar with your situation. In your situation, arriving earlier than everyone else, creates some additional concerns that you should be aware of.

When you book a Magic Your Way Vacation Package, you can decide on the number of days you want your theme park tickets for. It doesn't have to be the same as the number of nights of your Resort hotel stay. For example, my family likes to take a day off midway through our vacation to enjoy the Resort hotel. The issue is that everyone in your party will get the same number of days. In your case, you could make the reservation with just 3-day theme park tickets, and when you arrive, you can add the extra day at the concierge desk in your Resort hotel. Keep in mind that you will only be able to make advanced FastPass+ reservations for up to three days only.

    Happy planning!
