We will arrive at WDW on December 31, 2018 and leave January 6. Will the Christmas decorations still be up?

    Hi David,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question.

I absolutely love Walt Disney World Resort during the Holidays! I've been lucky enough to visit several times during the week immediately after New Year’s Day and I’m pleased to report that the Theme Parks retained their holiday cheer during that week. That being said, most of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels remove their holiday decorations, including their magnificent Christmas trees, right after January 1st. So if you want to see those, you’ll have to start touring all of the Resort hotels the day that you arrive.

I hope my answer helps you plan your holiday vacation! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
