If we arrive before the room check in, do we have to go to our hotel if we do online check in to get the key to the world card so that we can go directly to the parks?

Hi, Susan! You have got this all figured out! Upon arriving, even if you have done online check-in, the first thing you will want to do is go to your Walt Disney World Resort. You can do this anytime on your arrival date.  Even if it is before the check-in time, you will go there to get your Key to the World card. It serves as your room key, park tickets, and dining card, if applicable. Your room will probably not be ready if you check-in before the set time, but you can leave your bags with luggage services, and head to the parks! Disney has a wonderful service that will call or text you to let you know when your room is ready. It's a great way to begin having all your Disney fun! Happy planning and have a magical vacation!
