If we arrive at our resort (All-Star Sports) at 10:00 am but check-in isn't until 3:00 pm can we get our park passes early?

Yes, absolutely. Simply go to your hotel when you arrive. They will allow you to "pre-register." This means that you will do all the components of check-in except actually getting your room. You will be given your Key to the World cards, which include any package items you've purchased such as park tickets or dining plan credits. You will also be allowed to set up you Key to the World cards to act as room charge cards during your stay. You can even leave your luggage with the bell services desk at the hotel. They will store it in a secure location for you until your room is ready.

Then, you can take your tickets and go off and explore the parks. When you return after 3:00, you'll get your room number, grab your bags and settle in for you stay.

    Have a great trip!
