Hi. If we arrive to resort before actual check-in time, are we allowed to use the pool at the resort until it is check in time and the room is ready? Staying at All Stars Music in August.

Hi Kasey! What a fun question! I love how you are planning to maximize every moment you have while at Walt Disney World Resort!

Great news! You absolutely can use the pools and other amenities prior to your room being available. With your vacation scheduled for August, pool time sounds practically perfect in every way!

You are going to love the pools at Disney's All-Star Music Resort

At the Calypso Pool, you will find a fountain with three of my favorite Characters at Walt Disney World Resort! The Three Caballeros, featuring Donald Duck, José Carioca, and Panchito, are in the center of the huge 251,418-gallon, guitar-shaped pool. Those three mischievous and fun loving musicians lightheartedly shoot water at nearby swimmers. It's a lively pool and a great way to start your vacation! (Be sure to visit The Three Caballeros when you are at Epcot. You will find them at the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros in the Mexico Pavilion in the World Showcase.)

If you are looking to start you vacation in a more relaxed fashion, the Piano Pool may be more your style. It's a smaller pool than the Calypso pool. It's in the shape of a grand piano and features black and white keys. The Piano Pool is a perfect place to relax before you enjoy your time at the theme parks.

If you have mini maestros travelling with you, the kiddie pool will be perfect. It's conveniently located behind Melody Hall.

I'm so excited for you! What a fun way to start your vacation! Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you have any other questions as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
