we arrive after 5pm and wondered if we could collect our tickets that night but not have them start until the next day? have a 7yr old and 18 month baby and don't want to start with waiting in lines as there will be plenty of that during the holiday

    Sharon:

I've got an answer that I think will make your day.

If you are staying on Disney property, you will receive a MagicBand through the mail prior to your trip or upon check-in at the resort if you choose. Your park tickets will be on your MagicBand, which is similar to a watch, and won't be activated until you enter a theme park and swipe the band. If you choose to arrive and not visit a park, that's up to you! You can tour your resort, go to the pool or catch an early dinner and relax. Either way, you can save your park tickets for when you want to go, that's why they call them Magic Your Way tickets!

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
