so we arrive back at the port on our last day at 7:30 am and our flight is at 7 pm does anyone know if we can leave our luggage at the port and come back for it later for our flight or do we have to take it with us.

Welcome back, Diana! If I remember correctly from a previous question of yours, you'll be setting sail on the Disney Magic out of Miami in January. What a magical adventure you have in store!

The great news for you is that, while I don't know of anywhere at the port to store your luggage once you've left the ship, in Miami, Disney offers a really great option for those guests with later flights home. The Hop On - Hop Off Miami City Tour with Airport Transfers is the perfect adventure for you. Guests on this will disembark the ship as usual in the morning of their last day onboard, however, instead of heading right to the airport on the Disney Cruise Line Ground Transfers, they will instead be whisked away for a tour of the city. Luggage accompanies them to a different location where they store it, and then the guests are off on one of two different city loops. Since you can hop on and off the double decker bus at any of the many stops and just jump back on later when you're ready, it means you can make the most of your day sightseeing, exploring and dining. Once you're ready to head to the airport, simply hop on the bus again back to the luggage store area at the bus station and you'll be taken to the Miami or Ft. Lauderdale airports. The last shuttles to Miami's airport are at 3:45 and 4:45, which leaves you plenty of time to explore before making your way to the airport to check in for your flight.

I hope those details help and that this tour sounds like the perfect way to wrap up your Disney Cruise Line vacation, Diana. Stop back if we can help with any other cruise questions!

    Happy planning!
