We arrive Aug 28th. Going to Epcot that night for PSB dinner at 7pm. Also going to Epcot on Aug 31st with Teppan Edo dinner at 5:50pm. Which day is best to watch Illuminations (28th has evening EMH-31st has normal closing)? Me, DH & DD6.

Hi Mindy!  I would suggest you plan on staying for Illuminations on the August 31 date.  The parks tend to be less crowded on nights when they don't have the Extra Magic Hours and thus you might have better luck finding a great spot to watch this fabulous show!

Dinner at Teppan Edo at 5:50pm will be perfect for you to enjoy a leisurely meal and then walk a bit as you find a spot along the lagoon.  I always suggest to guests to see which way the wind is blowing so you don't end up with the smoke in your eyes during the show.

Illuminations is my favorite fireworks show at Walt Disney World.  I hope you find it as special as I do on each trip!
