How do I arrange telephone calls from a character before leaving on cruise from Port Canaveral?

Welcome aboard, Sandra! One of the most wonderful things about cruising with Disney Cruise Line is the attention to details they give to all aspects of your vacation! Disney knows that kids adore their characters, so they've created a wonderful way to surprise guests with a call from their favorite Disney friends to announce the upcoming cruise!

On Disney Cruise Line's website, log into your existing cruise reservation and then click "View Details". There you'll see a summary of your upcoming cruise. In that box, you'll see information about setting up a character call. Click on Request a Call and the site will walk you through set up. Currently, I see the option to choose from three characters: Mickey Mouse, Goofy, or Mickey & Minnie together. You'll then be prompted to enter your information including your phone number, ship, destination, sail date, and when you'd like to schedule the call: anytime from right now to just before you set sail.

We have surprised our kids a few times with Disney Cruises, and they found out from Mickey calling them! Even when the kids know about our sailings, it's fun to let them get a call from their Disney friends which gets them even more excited to set sail! I can't wait for you to set up a really fun surprise call Disney Cruise character for your family!

    Have fun planning, Sandra!
