    Kelli from PA Asked

Would Ariel’s Grotto be included in character Dining Voucher? And If not are there any character dining experiences that my daughter can meet a princess?

    Hi Kelli!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so delighted you are planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! Character Dining is such a fun way to make a meal special. Currently there are four Character Dining options at the Disneyland Resort, one at each of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels and one inside Disneyland Park. I think your daughter would just love the Minnie & Friends - Breakfast in the Park at Plaza Inn. Unfortunately Ariel's Grotto Restaurant has closed to make room for new Pixar Pier experiences coming this summer. Although your daughter cannot dine with Princesses currently, there are still many ways for her to meet her favorite Disney Princesses at the Disneyland Resort.

The number one place to mix and mingle with royalty is at Fantasy Faire in Disneyland Park. Not only can you meet princesses in Royal Hall, but you can watch them perform some new twists on their classic fairy tales at the Royal Theatre. I also suggest heading over to Disney California Adventure Park to meet everyone's favorite sisters at Anna & Elsa's Royal Welcome. Don't forget to download the Disneyland app to keep an eye out for Character greetings throughout the day. I have been able to find Pocahontas, Princess Tiana, Princess Aurora, and Moana, to name a few, via the app. It will show the times and locations of these greetings on the park map feature. Keep in mind these greetings are always subject to change.

I just know your daughter is going to have a magical pixie-dusted trip. Please feel free to return if you have any other questions, and have a Fantasmic day!
