Three Generations Aboard Ship

Approximately, what's the cost for a taxi ride from the pier to Atlantis? Or, does DCL offer complimentary transportation to and from the ship and Atlantis?

    Hi, Shavita!

The only ground transportation included at ports of call for Disney cruises is associated with booked Port Adventures. Ships dock at Prince George Wharf in the heart of downtown Nassau, and metered taxis are readily available. Yet, most charge a flat fee to popular destinations -- the five-minute taxi ride to Atlantis on Paradise Island will cost $2-3 per person.

Remember...only hotel guests or those who have booked a Port Adventure can actually use the pools and water-slides at the Atlantis Resort. However, you are welcome to stroll the grounds or visit the casino.  To take a tour of “The Dig” -- the underground aquariums -- or to experience any of the programs, the beach or water park, you must purchase access either as a part of a Port Adventure or at the resort.

I hope this helps you plan. Please let me know if I can answer more questions for you. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
