    The app is not letting me make fast pass selections for April 15th and it’s March 15th at 945am eastern! It says link tickets and when I try it says these are already linked! What do I do? Thank you

    Hi Mike!

    I have recently had trouble with the My Disney Experience mobile app telling me I don't have valid park tickets, however, I'm an annual passholder.  I haven't found a good way to fix this glitch yet, other than to wipe the app away and restart it or to back out of the FastPass+ screen and go back in a few times.  My husband and I have a joke when something like this happens where we say, "did you turn it off and back on?"  I know it's more frustrating than funny.  I see you asked this question a few days ago, so I'm crossing my fingers that it has been fixed and you were able to secure your desired FastPass+ selections.  If you run into trouble again, I suggest contacting the My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ helpline.

    If you are in a park when this happens, you can ask a Cast Member at the FastPass+ kiosks or a Cast Member with the Guest Assistance Team who are located throughout the parks at their blue umbrella booths and wearing blue polo shirts.
