    My app isn’t showing a barcode for my passes. I have a season pass and my daughter has a regular 3 day pass. I linked our tickets but can’t get access to fast passes or load the barcode.

    Hi, Andrea! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for stopping by with your question. I am so sorry you have been having some issues with your use of the My Disney Experience mobile app. I am glad you were able to link both your Annual Pass and your daughter's ticket, however, I have some information to share with you about how to use them.

    I always recommend that guests link their tickets to the My Disney Experience account well in advance of their trips. This gives them the ability to make FastPass+ selections when it comes time do to so. These selections can be made either online or on the mobile app. If you have any issues making FastPass+ selections, even though your tickets are appropriately linked, you will need to call the My Disney Experience, MagicBands, and FastPass+ helpline for assistance. While you are able to see your tickets within the Tickets & Passes section of the My Disney Experience mobile app, you are not able to actually use the mobile app to enter the parks or redeem those FastPass+ selections. You will either need a ticket card or a linked MagicBand to access both of those key vacation components. 

    If you do not receive the hard tickets in the mail before your trip begins, you can pick these up at any Theme Park Ticket Window, Guest Relations or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, or any Disney Resort Hotel Concierge. Are you staying at a Disney Resort Hotel? If so, you will receive complimentary MagicBands as part of your stay. You can use this MagicBand or any MagicBand from a previous stay that is already linked to each of you to access your tickets and FastPass+ selections.
