Where on the app do i find what is left on my dining plan

Hi, Kathy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

My Disney Experience has been such a game changer in terms of planning my family’s Walt Disney World Resort vacations! With the My Disney Experience mobile app which now includes mobile ordering, FastPass+ Reservations, Disney PhotoPass photos and more, I really don’t know how we used to get along without it! I remember dining at Columbia Harbour House with some of my Disney Parks Moms Panelist friends. We were all waiting in line to order when Lindsey decided to try to mobile ordering. Needless to say, she got her meal, snagged us all a table and started eating a few bites before we even got our food! It really is a time saver and I definitely recommend trying it!

In order to view your Disney Dining Plan balance on your My Disney Experience mobile app, simply log-in and scroll to “My Plans” and click on your Disney Resort hotel reservation. This should bring up the details of your Magic Your Way Vacation Package. Here, you should see two new options: “Check Dining Plan” and “View Charges.” Once you click on the “Check Dining Plan”, your balance should populate. Should you have any difficulty with this, first ensure that you have the latest version of the My Disney Experience mobile app, and if it still is not populating, I suggest heading to Guest Services in a Disney Theme Park, or calling the My Disney Experience number

    Bon appetit!
