Has anyone purchased from undercover tickets? Is it a legitimate website?

    Hi Angie,

I hate to speculate, but I am guessing that you are thinking of www.undercovertourist.com?  If that is the case, then yes! I have purchased tickets from this website.

I can tell you they are legit, and had outstanding customer service.  One visit, we realized that I had forgotten my sons ticket.  I called undercover tourist and they were able to give me the information necessary to have the ticket replaced by Guest Relations.  Now I always carry a photo copy of the back of the tickets, so in the event they are lost or damaged they can easily be replaced.

I would caution to watch your mail carefully though, because the package doesn't appear to be much more than junk mail.

If you're looking to save a little bit more money, sign up at www.mousesavers.com for their newsletters, as they often have promotional deals with Undercover Tourist that are only available to Mousesavers subscribers.
