Does anyone know when the free dining meal schedule for 2012 will be released? Also what would would be a good hotel to stay at on site for 3 adults and 2 children? Keeping in mind that one adult is disabled and will be in a wheelchair.

    Hi James,

Thanks for your question.  At present there are no free dining promotions available for 2012, although there are some great offers for 30% discounts on room only reservations through June.  There is no predictable schedule for the release of free dining promotions.  However, my best advice is to book the room you want for 2012 now and then alter your reservation if a free dining promotion is released between now and your reservation date.  Check the "special offers" page frequently as new promotions can be released at any time.  It wouldn't hurt to contact a Disney-savvy travel agent too so that he or she can help you find the best travel offer for you.

All the Disney-owned and operated hotels offer rooms that are handicapped accessible so you can pick whichever resort most appeals to you.  The trickiest part will be finding a room that accommodates five.  In the value category, you can stay in a family suite at Disney's All Star Music Resort or Disney's Art of Animation Resort (after May).  The Alligator Bayou section of Disney's Port Orleans Resort Riverside offers rooms that accommodate five.  Most of the rooms at the deluxe resorts offer space for five.  The most spacious ones can be found in the Disney Vacation Club Villas.  Perhaps you'd like to consider a one bedroom villa at Bay Lake Tower.  These rooms are not only spacious, but they also offer a full kitchen, private laundry facilities and you can be at the Magic Kingdom within minutes.

Let us know if you need any additional assistance as you plan your magical 2012 Disney vacation, James.  We'd be happy to help!
