DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY ALLOW STROLLERS INSIDE TABLE SERVICE RESTURANTS ? FOR EXAMPLE IF YOUR CHILD HAS FALLEN ALSEEP ON THE WAY TO DINNER CAN YOU JUST ROLL THEM IN AND PUT THE STROLLER NEAR YOUR TABLE ?

As long as there is room in the restaurant, yes, you can bring a sleeping child in a stroller inside. You can read a more complete answer to a similar question HERE.
