does anyone have any insight into staying at the all-star sports resort?

    Hi Ralph,

Disney's All-Star Sports Resort is a great value for the money. As a guest staying at a Walt Disney World Resort property, you are entitled to Disney's Magical Express, extra park hours and transportation between the parks and Disney Springs to name a few benefits.

The Disney All-Star Resorts offer you the basics in lodging. There are two double beds, table and chairs, storage and separate space for the toilet and shower area and the sinks. There is not a lot of extra space in the room. My thought is we are never in the room so not an issue for us. The food court has a good selection of dining options and the pools are fun. Plus the cast members and treatment at this resort is the same as any of the Disney properties which is wonderful.

Because this property is reasonable, you will find schools and other large groups on property. In addition, the only mode of transportation is via Disney's buses. This can be tough if you have young children and a stroller.

If you do not mind the basics, go for it as it is a good value. If you want a little more space or larger beds, head to the moderate resorts.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
