Can anyone help please as getting a little worried. First time visiting this year in August and have been told it is going to be a lot hotter than when we have been in April or in May. Do you know if the rooms at All Star Sports have air conditioning?

    Hi Jakki,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Please don't be worried, you are going to have a wonderful visit at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort this summer!

August is a very hot month in Florida, but all Walt Disney World Resort hotel rooms do have air conditioning.  My family and I visit every August and what works for us is to get up early and head to the theme parks in the morning before it gets really hot.  During the afternoon we typically head back to our resort for a swim and a rest and head back to the theme parks in the evening after the sun begins to set.

Don't forget to drink lots of water and apply sunscreen.  Nothing is worse than not feeling well or being sunburnt in the most magical place on earth!  Also, when planning your days, I would recommend alternating attractions that are outdoors and indoors to get a break from the heat.

Please let us know if you have any other questions, Jakki, we are always happy to help.
