    I am an annual passholder and want to order new magic bands. In years past, i would always click on order new bands at disney experience, but i can not find it this time. I have clicked customize and it just shows a list of our bands but not order new one.

    Greetings from a fellow Florida resident passholder! Like you, when I have renewed my annual pass in recent years, I've been given the option in My Disney Experience to customize new passholder MagicBands for the coming months.

    If you've recently renewed and don't see that option in the next couple of weeks, I would suggest giving a call to the special phone line dedicated to annual passholders. That number is (407) 560-7277. I've found them to be helpful in resolving issues when I've had a question about my pass or passholder benefits.
