I've had an annual pass for about 11 years (from socal to Signature+) and my account would tell me how many times I've visited. I just checked today and it says I only have 30 visits. How can i get the visits from all my previous passes linked

    Hiya, Sandra!

About a half dozen years ago, I started tracking my visits to the Disneyland Resort in a spreadsheet. It wasn’t easy to fill in all of the details of all of the times I have visited over the past 30+ years. But with some research into when certain attractions opened and a little bit of guesswork to fill in the gaps, I was able to come up with a satisfactory list. I even added other members of my family while I work to help them catch up with me!

As you have noted, the Disneyland Resort Annual Passholders page shows a counter of the number of “Park Visits” we have made as Passholders. It just so happens that my counter indicates nearly three times the number of days of visits that I have tallied in my spreadsheet. I guess we must do a lot of park hopping when we visit! I’m not entirely sure, but it may be that the “Park Visits” count is undercounting for me as well. If I didn’t happen to have the same email address or the same Annual Passport card going back through the history of my visits to the Disneyland Resort, it may be that not all of the visits would be combined together within the My Disneyland account that I have.

If you feel like there are visits missing, you may be able to find out more by contacting Annual Passholders Services at (714) 781-PASS or (714) 781-7277. Though the ability to link old information into your current My Disneyland account may be limited due to computer system design, the helpful Cast Members on the line may be able to lookup certain information about your previous visits. Simply give them your Annual Passport number. Otherwise, they can look it up with your name and birthdate. The same information may also be available from a Main Entrance Ticket Booth.

I hope you are ready for many more visits. This year at the Disneyland Resort is already shaping up to be very magical! I was blown away by Disney Parks storytelling while being recruited to help out the Resistance. With the help of music created by Todrick Hall, “Magic Happens” at the Disneyland Resort! And, starting July 18, 2020, #LetsGoBeHeros when Avengers Campus comes to Disney California Adventure Park.

    See ya real soon, Sandra!
