    I have an annual pass that i renewed in June 2014. However, I was never sent a new discount card or parking card. My Parking/discount card shows that it expired on 6/23/14. How do i get issued a new one?

    It is wonderful to hear from a fellow Floridian and Annual Passholder! Recently, I renewed an Annual Pass for my daughter (at the parks) and all I received was the ticket card. When I linked the card to her name on "My Disney Experience", I was given the option to order her "Passholder" Magic Band. When I got the MagicBand, the box included a "Passholder" MagicBand slider and a personalized "Passholder" discount card. Note: the discount card was tucked under the Magic Band, under the partition. I recommend that you log in to your My Disney Experience account and add the tickets (Annual Passes). Once they are linked, click on the option for MagicBands and tickets and you should have an invitation to customize your Annual Passholder MagicBands.
