We are annual pass holders. We had planned to stay with a friend but aren't sure that will happen. If we book a resort and get fast passes but end up staying with the friend and canceling the resort res. will we lose our fast passes?

Hello Nicole! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Being a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder opens up so many different opportunities for enjoying the magic. I love being able to be more spontaneous in visiting Walt Disney World Resort knowing that my Theme Park Admission is covered and there are so many benefits and discounts available to me.

In terms of FastPass+ Selections for your situation, they will only be lost if you are within the 60-day FastPass+ booking window for Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort and the 30-day window for all other Guests. If you cancel during the 30-day window, your FastPass+ Selections should remain intact in your My Disney Experience Account and ready to go for your Theme Park visit.

Under a similar situation, I simply waited until the 30-day window before I canceled my Room-Only Resort Hotel Reservations which allowed me to receive a refund under the Walt Disney World Resort Terms and Conditions while maintaining my FastPass+ Selections.

    Have a Magical Visit!
