    I just got my annual pass (gold pass) about a month ago. I received my magic band but I never received my annual pass holder magnet? How do I get that?

    Hi Mary!

    Having an Annual Pass is one of the best ways to make the most of your time at the Walt Disney World Resort!  Plus, there are so many incredible extras that come with being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, including adorable complimentary gift magnets!  

    The regular Annual Passholder magnet will be sent to you in the mail with your Mickey Monitor.  Because it has only been a month since you purchased your Annual Pass, I would give it a little more time.  If you still do not receive your Mickey Monitor and magnet in the mail, you can contact the Annual Passholder Cast Members directly by calling them at 407-WDW-PASS or 407-939-7277, or you can email them using the Annual Passholder Help Form!  They will be happy to put in a request for you!

    Also, until June 29, 2018, there is a special Donald Duck Passholder magnet that you can pick up at the Mouse Gear shop in Future World in Epcot, while supplies last!  You just have to present your valid Annual Pass and photo ID to the Cast Members there, and they will give you your magnet.

    Remember to also check out the Passholder Benefits Guide to make sure you are taking advantage of all the incredible benefits that come with being an Annual Passholder!
