I'm sorry to hear your Annual Pass card has been damaged. No worries, though! Simply stop by any
Guest Relations window at any Theme Park for a replacement card. You may also visit the new
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. They will be happy to assist you with a lost, stolen, or damaged card. Be sure to bring proof of identification with you. I would also bring the damaged card as well. Even though you will be able to use any
MagicBands linked to your profile for park admission or
FastPass+ entry, you will need your card to present to take advantage of
Passholder Discounts.
