    Dorothy from FL Asked

We are annual Florida residents pass holders and would like to know before we arrive if our passes can be upgraded. Thank you

    Hey Dorothy!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am thrilled to answer a question for a fellow Floridian today. Thank you for sending us your fantastic question about Walt Disney World Resort Florida Resident annual passes!

Walt Disney World Resort annual passes can be upgraded if it is more than 60 days before the pass expires. Annual passes can also be upgraded when you renew your Passholder status.

If your pass is not yet due for renewal and it is more than 60 days before its expiration, you can upgrade your pass at any Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window, Guest Relations location or Disney Springs Guest Relations location. You will need to upgrade your pass at Walt Disney World Resort.

If you would like to upgrade your pass and it is already 60 days or less until your pass expires or it has already expired, you can upgrade and renew your pass one of three ways:

    1. Renew your annual pass online.
    2. Renew at a Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket window, Guest Relations location or Disney Springs Guest Relations.
    3. Renew via phone by dialing (407) 560-PASS or (407) 560-7277 and speaking to a friendly Cast Member.

Dorothy, I hope I have helped answer your question. If you have any other questions or require further clarification, please visit the Moms Panel again. We are always here to help you!
